I don’t recommend to compare UV-Vis(-NIR) transmittance spectra directly. The reason is that these spectra are influenced by many variables independent to the material properties of thin film, e.g. thin film thickness and optical properties of substrate. It will be better to compare plots of dielectric functions vs photon energy.
Unfortunately, I don’t know about any database of this data. Nonetheless, I didn’t search for them. At least, e.g. ellipsometric software is usually equipped with database of some ”basic” materials.
Thanks a lot Jan, may be I missed some explanation regarding the comparison of data, what I really wanted to say is that to have such data with the corresponding optical constants, I can check the exactitude of my software which calculate these properties from transmittance data, this was actually the core of my question so sorry to do not be very clear
