The images have too little magnification to be able to say anything for sure. With approx. 400X magnification, diatoms look like this, for example: Unidentified alga from fresh water.
The images are not visible enough.But the second one is Euglena viridis. The first is likely to be a diatom but not clear enough to identify the species
Not the best images for identification, in terms of clarity. No need for phase contrast, brightfield is fine, as is your 20x objective, for a 200x total magnification, though 400x is better.
With these images it's not clear if they're even diatoms.
Maryna Zhezhera thank you ma'am. Do you have any suggestion on how to get rid of them in diatom cultures. I think there thermotolerant property allowed them to survive the sterilization steps.
