In my experience, I have not encountered flavonoids and other phenolic compounds with melting temperatures from above 300 degrees.

Rising centrifugal temperature causes the extraction component to increase. But high temperatures damage these compounds. It is also necessary to work at 5 degrees below the melting temperature of the gel.

I agreed with firat, some studies confirme that basically the extraction efficiencies for each polyphenolic class as the operating temperature was increased. Some of theme experimented a slightly increase in their extraction yield at 60°C and a decrease at higher temperatures.
