Do RG Score of a journal adds up to your Score in Research Gate, if you publish an article in the respective journal?

Recently I published an article in a journal with some RG Score. I was expecting that my personal score will increase to that many points as assigned to the journal. But my RG Score did not change even after adding the article in Research Gate. Can any one let me understand how RG Score works?
