I intend to culture cells in collagen-coated well plates (for example, the CellAdhereᵀᴹ Collagen I-Coated Plate) and I want to run several protein assays after the culture period is over (Bradford assay, ELISA, Western blot)

Has anyone found whether these protein coatings significantly affect the results of these assays? Ideally, I am only measuring the protein content/expression of my cells and not the underlying coating...I would hope that the Bradford assay results would be unaffected and that ELISA/WB for only collagen I would be affected, if at all.
