Do people know where to find the works of ALEXANDER IACOVLEVICH KHINCHIN, especially his 1937 papers. Apparently he works on a frequentist account of probability that did not make use or require von mises axiom of randomness (so i presume he allowed and maybe took advantage of place selection functions) in some odd way. OF course from a single case propensity perspective one can still have process randomness, pre-ante- (ie prior to their being any such frequency or trial outcome results) such that the system is immune to ordering problems relating to the ordering of pre-outcome trials, because any such sub collective (by itself and not part of large system) if trialled at such time before there are any results will necessarily lead to the same distribution given the appropriate model. It is only when such sub collectives are part of a larger collective that product randomness is violated for those sub collectived but that is not an issue, as that just an artefact to make sure the ex ante frequencies resulting from the the process randomness of the entire collective, at such time that it is still an indeterministic process (before there are any results) leads to the correct frequency stabilization- ie product randomness, ie to take into account deviations of other sub collectives)
