organic acids content in plants in case of salinity and heavy metals stress
Organic acids does not increase the salinity of the soil & nickel stress in plants.
Thank you for answering, but i meant the opposite ,how do salinity and nickel stress affect organic acid content in plants?
In salt stress condition organic acid decreased in plants. I can give you an example. In alfalfa, plants were subjected to 0.15 m NaCl stress for 2 weeks, total organic acid concentration in nodules and roots were depressed by more than 40%.
thanx a lot for your help
increase in salinity and any type of stress adversely affect metabolic activities of plant so amount of organic acids will also be affected
Thanx a lot

What I think is Dithiothreitol. As it is water-soluble and does not form a precipitate. But, the thing is it contains sulphur which is quite hazardous to aquatic animals.
