I have 4 projects (Alfa,Beta,Gamma,Delta). The projects are rank from 1 to 4 based on personal feelings. Afterwards, the projects are evaluated based on 6 criteria (C1-C6).
I want to find out what is the significance index of each criterion (how important was each criterion in the projects evaluation based on the personal feeling). What statistic tool can be used to figure it out? This is probably not multiple nonlinear regression because the order of the criteria is not important in my case but in regression is.
I do not think this study is a regression. Because you have no numerical dimensions for the dependent (Y).
The use of fuzzy methods and TOPSIS software is appropriate in this regard. Think about it.
Of course, a simple Friedman ranking test may also work.

In concurrence with and adding to Abolfazl Ghoodjani , you also need to make serious and cautious consideration of the size of your sample.
Suppose x = rank, y = C1.
Then cor(x,y) will give you an indication of how feelings correlate with criteria C1.
Analogously, you can use cor(x,y) for other criteria.
As I understand, feelings correlate negatively with C1...
P.S. But, as mentioned by Elvis Munyaradzi Ganyaupfu , sample size is not sufficient here for credible results.
Use cor.test(x,y) in R to evaluate the uncertainty of your results.
