I prepared peptides containing histidine, tryptophan and arginine amino acids and the next day when i measured the properties their properties are gone and not at all retained. I stored the compounds at -24 degrees centigrade.
Can anyone help me how to store the compounds?

No not degrade, just disappeared due to moisture that's all you can able to get that.
You see Trp is slightly polar basic, Arg is strong basic polar, when ever this sequence, after synthesis, you need to remove all coupling reagents 100% and then dissolve it in water, then lyophilyse it, now you will get fine powder, you take it in moisture free container and seal it, then you store it under -200C, now it will be stable forever,
Which method you have synthesized peptide, solutionphase or solidphase! any way.,
You can store this in salt form by using buffer and keep it in desiccator means it will be stable.
like this case your peptide will disappeared and formed little oily nature i my right? no need to worry for this, it was just moisture, you just dissolve it and lyophilise means it will get reappear. peptide have basic nature and more polar or acidic condition means it will be like this only.,

Yah this problem just due to moisture, by lyophilizing it you can retain the peptide, i also experienced this problem earlier
