Shouldn't there be a more equitable way for Authors to have their research shared, instead of them especially ones from lower income countries having to incur high expenses, for being creative and having something beneficial to share with others? Isn't this just one of the biggest injustices of our time in scholarly publishing leading to money based elitism rather than favoring quality wherever it is coming from.? Isn't like mothers being asked to have babies, and then having to pay to have them. Isn't it enough is enough? What do you think? If not what is the viable alternative?
Hi Mr. Fethi, I hope there are good number of quality journals who are publishing quality papers without charging the authors. You can get the list of journals from www.doaj.org.

If your purpose is to share your research, one of the Creative Commons licenses may suit you. You can ask a good independent publisher to review your material and accept it, and post your book in a suitable site to be downloaded for free but limited to private use or for citation, but not for for profit or commercial purposes. The independent publisher would act as a creditable publisher (it already is), you could share your work and citations would be funcional. The academic world is coming to terms with generosity, finally. :-)
There is even a special term diamond open access for journals which are open access but do not charge the authors for that
