DNA extraction of helico form biopsy

I faced with problem about extracting DNA of H.pylori directly form biopsy samples

I am not sure about my method I am using CTAB-Chlrophorm method but i didnt get any result yet

could you help me in this matter i didnt want to culture it becouse i didnt have muuch time for my thesis i have to finish it soon

hi Andrew my biopsy samples arent embeded in paraffin i put it in PBS solution and then want to extract DNA

but any way than you for your guid
