Did you try to coat your chamber with a surfactant or with BSA for example (like 0.1mg/mL for 30min)?

I have never done this before. But I will surely try it. Thanks a lot. I really appreciate your answer. But one thing I am worried about is using surfactant might modify the glass channel surface and thereby kill electro-osmotic flow inside the glass channel. @Thèo Aspert
