I am doing DNA separation in micro-fluidic channel network made of glass. There I see DNA sticking on glass channel wall that impedes DNA movements and eventually clog the channel. After few experimental runs, the micro-fluidic chip dies.
I have never done this before. But I will surely try it. Thanks a lot. I really appreciate your answer. But one thing I am worried about is using surfactant might modify the glass channel surface and thereby kill electro-osmotic flow inside the glass channel. @Thèo Aspert
