Hi,

I am trying to synthesize core-shell nanoparticles which contain temperature responsive core(it has LCST around 32 ° C). Also the shell has no temperature response. During DLS measurements at different temperatures(25 °C to 45 °C) i see that at first lets say 30 °C the size of the particles getting smaller significantly but then at higher temperatures (35 °C, 40 °C) the size values that i obtained, are getting bigger. I diluted the sample but it did not work well.

Do you have any idea for overcoming this issue ?
