Apply the load in increments. First, try with 10 load-steps. If you still see distortions, then increase the number of load-steps. Do this, until the solver converges without any issues.

Thank you for the answer. Unfortunately, it is still not working, I guess I need to improve mesh. can you suggest something regarding the mesh quality and mesh type?

Dear Prateek Saxena, maybe you should use remeshing during solution. The mesh of your model will be improved if, for instance,  e>=e_lim. e - eqv elastic strain, e_lim - some limit strain (you have to enter this value in ansys).

Enter remeshing in ansys help and you will find a lot of information about it.
