Dissolving BSA into PBS?

I had created a 1x stock of PBS (250ml) and had tried to 1.8g of Bovine Albumin Fraction V into it. For some reason I am unable to successfully get it to dissolve. I have tried at 4*C and at 37*C as people have suggested.

Anyone have any advice?
