Hi! I´m looking for strategies to disrupt the indirect connection between vimentin intermediate filaments and lamins, maybe a drug treatment. All I can find are different alternatives of expression of dominant negative SUN/KASH proteins.

I want to explore the vimentin network behaviour when it is detached from lamins.
