We see so many early pregnancy even before marriage too now a days. Family role should be there for both before and after marriage. The family role is just like a motivator and the ultimate role is individual. In rural context of Indian subcontinent, it's hard for a young girl to avoid early marriage and early pregnancy against male dominant culture. Thanks for nice sharing Dr. Khurshid A Mattoo

Indea should allow reproductive practices in public media, arts, and culture revelusion.thus, youngsters will not take that as a miracle and will not assume it seriously. B/c hiding reproductive practices increases sexual violations.
Education can include clear teaching methods on healthy sexual activity, and percentage on preventive barriers that can prevent pregnancy. If you cannot reach zero abstinence, provide tools to a health pregnancy and its impact on establishing a family with safe conditions
Family and young children should have close and open communication related with sex and reproduction. The family member should also respond positively to all young girls concern on sex and reproduction and on the impact of early pregnancy and child birth
