I have frozen aliquots of diptheria toxin reconstituted in water. After thawing to make my final concentration in PBS for injection in mice, how long will this PBS solution remain stable?

I plan to inject multiple times over the week and want to know if I can keep my stock solution in fridge for 1 week or if i need to thaw a new aliquot for everyday.
