I am running ANN for the analysis of my data.
Even I use the same architecture and same features, i am getting different results, every time a run the model.
does it happen with ANN? OR there is any other problem.
I am using SPSS for running ANN

Each time when you run the ANN, it starts with random initial weights and starts training. While training it updates the weights. The training continues till the error becomes less. Hence you get different answers.
You save the ANN which is trained once. Then the trained model can be used for predicting. Any time you use the same trained model, you get the same prediction results.
Please read ANN books or tutorials get more idea about it.
