Hey everyone. We're planning on doing a diabetes study with the rip-mOVA mouse model ( https://www.jax.org/strain/005431 ) and are wondering if anyone has experience with this model and are there any differences between younger and older mice and female/male mice when it comes to disease onset after the OT-1/OT-2 cell transfer.
