It is not clear which message should be appied to fullfil the criteria of veracity resp. scientificity.
With scientificity and veracity, are you talking about significance, reproducibility, validity, etc.? An academic paper is published after an editor with the help of peer reviews acknowledge that your study is significant, reproducible, valid and sometimes novel.
When you were preparing your study you came up with research questions, a hypothesis, objectives, and an experimental approach. It is during this process, you should make sure your study is significant, reproducible, valid and novel.
Otherwise, you can submit a preprint and hope people will peer review your preprint. In my experience, I haven't received peer review comments from a preprint.
