Did anyone using B27 supplement notice a decreased performance/ support of neuronal growth or cultures of other cell types?

We are experiencing a significant decrease in culture quality with various cell types that grow in media containing B27. Some cells fail to differentiate, most cells grow slower than usual. This has been going for few months now.

Hi,

I am using B27 without Vit.A and had no issues (iPSC derived neurons) over the past few months with it. I can check our current Lot-Number if you want.
