Dear All, I ran the TaqMan hPSC Scorecard Panel on BioRad CFX384, but the analysis application on ThermoFisher website is not accepting the output files. I tried converting them, but with no luck. Unfortunately, BioRad CFX384 is the only machine available to me. Has anyone else had such experience, were you able to export the data from another machine and convert it to a format the web-based analysis software recognises?

Hello Mohamed-Mourad Lafifi, thank you for posting these, It seems that these are just generic brochures describing all the various procedures I used to generate and classify these cells. So, unfortunately, these do not hold an answer to my question. I did receive an answer on how to manually convert the data. If it works, I will post an answer.

First try to use BioRad CFX384 and then try to convert with feasible conversion method, many users encounter such a problem at first but it will work after four or five attempts at least.
