Did anyone have problems with parameter B (conventional triaxial test) with soil-cement samples?

After 14 days of curing, parameter B of soil-cement samples only reaches the value of 0.54, considering analyzes in low confinement pressures below 60kPa, and the percolation method for one week (convencional triaxial test).
