I am looking for recommendations for efficient delivery of pssAAV plasmid to PRIMARY non-immortalised mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEF).

I follow the protocol from Lonza. However, the cells seems difficult to attach and dying after 1 day of nucleofection.

The only difference is that I used option-MEM instead of the solution provided in the kit since it is expensive.

Please recommend for higher cell recovery and efficiency.
