Current primers designed to identify Brucella organisms on species levels, either abortus, suis, melitensis, ovis, neotoma, or recent brucella species as marine etc. . But there is no primers valid to identify Brucella organisms based on biovar levels; meaning to differentiate B. melitensis biovar 1, 2, and 3.

Thank you for your reply . But this paper identified only B.abortus 1,2,4 . But there is no primers designed to other biovars, particularly the three biovars of B. melitensis
