I'm analyzing data from a 2x2 table and need to compute sensitivity, specificity and positive and negative likelihood ratio values. Can SPSS produce these? How should I determine the cut-off point?

Cutoff points are determined by the risk you are willing to take of making a wrong decision in deciding whether or not to reject H0. Power is usually also considered. See any good basic statistics book for detalls.

But I do want to know how to calculate in SPSS menu or Syntax and we can see the result of sensitivity , specificity, LR+ , LR-, etc in SPSS output.
Advice: when somebody says look at book, do it. Now I have to tell you that YOU choose that risk. To look at the sensitivity YOU choose a
a second risk find that cutoff and subtract the two
cutoffs. That is the sensitivity. Now you get SPSS to do it.
or just look at the tables in the BOOK.
BTW at the risk of upsetting you, How did you get a PhD in Epidemiology without looking at a Biostatistics book?
