I need advice, I started to master the JavaScript React library and I want to choose a development environment, there are options - WebStorm, Visual Studio Code and Sublime Text.
I would recommend Visual studio code as it is easy to use and also supports extensions related to React.
It all depends on previous experience, project demands and personal preferences.
The tool proposed by Vladyslav Shevchuk is pretty solid and adequate, but
I prefer Atom due to its native git/github integration and vast amount of other useful extensions (linters, for instance).

Between WebStorm, Visual Studio Code and Sublime Text. I'd choose WebStorm due to its focusing on Web development, while VS Code has more diversed focus, but only because of personal habits after all all mentioned IDEs are quite similar.
Visual Studio Code, It seamlessly supports alot of extensions and a great many Tutorials also use Visual Studio Code. Furthermore it makes Project Folder Management much easier and it is relatively easy to pick up as compared to IntelliJ or other IDE's
