A fusion protein which consists of TALE and human-derived RNase H, followed by a P2A peptide-linked marker gene TagBFP. Plasmid transient transfection was followed either by X-tremeGENE HP DNA Transfection Reagent or electroporation. Positive control indicates normal function of tagBFP (Blue florescence observed). Co-transfection of mCherry indicates efficient transfection (Red florescence observed). Sequencing confirms that the fusion protein is frame driven by a CMV promoter and followed by BGH polyA signal.

However, no blue florescence was observed in the experimental group as well as no fusion protein detected by western blot.
