Hello everybody. I would like to design a ferrite core antenna in low frequency (125 KHz) in CST. Which part of setting should I change to achieve a suitable result? Should I also change the mesh of the CST? If anybody has idea, please sure with us. Thank you so much!

There are good rf books in German.
One of these very good books is the Meinke Gundlach of Hochfrequenz Technic. CST is microwave simulation suit.
Your antenna is ferrite cored indcutor.
The performance of such structure are well studied in the books of the rf engineering. It follows directly the well known induction relations
e= N dphi/dt,
where is the induced voltage,
phi is the flux in the core
and N is the numbe of coil turns intercepted by phi.
It remains only to see how far the ferrite core concentrates the flux in the surrounding space.
I think you can fined closed form solutions for such problem.

Go for the specification of the software and then design the desired antenna. The design only is not an issue, for that you have taken into account the software specification. you can also go for Matlab but, the result you will find will be the issue with the practical results. First, you go through the software specifications and follow some youtube antenna design videos, I hope it will help you in antenna design.
