I was able to construct a plc ladder with simple components for automatic open-close door but I want PLC ladder with many components like emergency stop, IR sensor, pressure sensor, 24 volt dc servomotor, timer, up/down counter with data blocks, open limit switch, close limit switch, open door indicator, close door indicator.
Please help me to build a ladder construction.
As you know the ladder programming, I assume you are familiar with blocks like timer, counter etc.
First construct an algorithm or workflow of the whole system. This will help you to find out the logic of each component. Then constructing a ladder won't be that hard.
Put condition on paper with pencil and erasor
Example:
If START is TRUE and Object is Present Then Turn ON Motor
Slowly add rungs.
You will get answer
