Depth and Coverage in Minion for amplicon sequencing?

Hello everyone, i´m just introduce myself in Minion sequencing and i need to run 1200pb amplicon. How can i calculate how many samples load in the minion, i know that´s depends of my study and i guess that 1000x of depth is enough.
