I would like to deposit on the samples a thin overlayer of Cs. The plan is to use the thermal evaporation from the dispenser (Cs chromate containing only few mg of Cs) in the prep chamber of Escalab 250Xi. Obviously, a major part of evaporated Cs will react with the inner surfaces of the chamber: walls, probe, glass windows, etc. Maybe somebody knows, if this contamination is dangerous? Is it possible to remove it easily by the baking at low temperature?
