UK has just announced its approval for Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine. FDA is meeting in the USA on the 10th of December to do the same. How come European Medicines Agency is not meeting until December 29th and all European countries will be processing vaccination approval procedure in their own country each after that date. The irony is that vaccine is made in Belgium and Germany. How many deaths will that delay cost? Pifizer COVID-19 vaccine in the UK already approved while in FDA has yet to approve it.
In fact the approval for vaccine in EU is better than USA. In the UK, they have already approved the use of COVID-19 vaccine from Pfizer-Biontech and the Government has outlined the priority list for vaccinating the people.

In the particular @case of the COVID-19 vaccine, safety is more important than efficacy itself, and should be administered with the greatest caution, lest the innumerable people who have light symptoms join those with severe outcome.
Vaccination with the virus spike glycoprotein subunit 1, especially in a protein construct, is very safe, as that viral polypeptide is the unique not to penetrate into structural cells of lung, kidney, endothelium, because it is shed outside the cell upon viral invasion.
Now, if we immunize with the whole spike glycoprotein (subunits 1 and 2), antibodies and cytotoxic T lymphocytes directed to its peptides will be generated. Upon viral challenge or infection, antibodies will hopefully, even certainly, try to prevent virus entry into immune and structural cells. But the vaccine is certainly not sterilizing, and many virus particles will escape to the cells of the nose, mouth, throat, and even lungs or intestine. Viral peptides, including those of the spike glycoprotein subunit 2, will be displayed on the surface of the structural cells, sitting ducks for antibody-dependent natural killer cytotoxicity, and what is far worse, targets for the killer T lymphocytes. More or less severe damage will ensue, and in many people where innate immunity could have done the job, if not better, the vaccine will cause more harm than good.
The lack of addressing the above clarified issue is revolting.
