What do you mean by 'solved each loading type separately'? Have you done these analyses in separate structural analysis modules in single Workbench project file?

If above is not true and you have performed this in single module with different load steps such as 1,2 and 3 then you can combine the stress results for each load step.

Insert solution combination in the model tree. The Worksheet view will appear. In the Worksheet view, add Environments and a coefficient (multiplier). The solution combination will be the sum of the multiples of the various Environments selected.

Note-Be Cautious. This will simply add the stress magnitudes of the different ladings.

you must make 3 step or more  in your analysis. In each steps you can define individual load step.And in end of each step you should click on "carry on" .

Jon, First you need to decide which load needs to apply first …

Then try to make it in to load steps1,2,3.

Again on each loads you wanted to carry forward with deform shape results to next load step or you wanted come the initial position and then you want to apply..In that case load steps will be 6…

I'll try and explain more clearly.

Basically, the aim is to use to ANSYS produced .rst file within nCode for Fatigue S-N Analysis.

But within ONE .rst file for use within nCode, I need there to be THREE separate load cases/steps. So within the .rst file there will be a result for the beam in axial tension, bending and torsion.

Does anybody know how to do this?

It seems you want all 3 load cases to be solve in one structural analysis module.

Go to>Analysis setting>enter number of steps =3>insert forces and moments as per requirement>enter values as tabular data>at righ hand, there is tab>tabular data>insert values at respective steps only else 0> make setup>solve.
