Since your status was updated so early I am thinking such a small period of time couldn’t be enough to decide about acceptance or revision of a paper but might be enough to rejection.

In my experience "decision in process", if it happens after the paper was under review , it means that the editor is taking a decision soon and you will be contacted to know the decision of the review. If "decision in process" is appearing a few days after the submission, it may mean that your manuscript did not go under review for some reason (rejected, request for resubmission, out of the scope of the journal, etc.)

My manuscript status shows  "Decision in Process" after passing through "Under Review" and "Under Editor Evaluation." It takes almost two months. I do not know what is waiting for me, maybe reject or accept. Can anyone predict the future action of the process?

Actually, there is no way your paper will be accepted based on the short time. It is glaring that your paper will be rejected as others haved confirmed

..I submitted a manuscript to springer after like a week I saw "submission with production completed". Then, after few days the status changed to " with editor ". After like a week, the status change to " editor invited ".. And it has remain on this status for more than two weeks now, please can any one explain to me what does these mean?

Esso, there is no difference and for both situation (i.e. major or minor), the editor should read comments and your responses to the comments carefully and so it needs some time and as you know all of editors are professors and researchers and so busy. So don't worry and just wait. You will hear good news.

If I am not mistaken it should pass several routes within various time to be judged whether it will go to review process.

Firstly to editorial office and then assigned an editor for it and here within 7 days will decide its sutibility and once its matched the standard of journal besides falling into the scope. Thus any sign of insights then will have nice news in Elseiver. If not then disappointing time will have as your case is more likely so.

Decision in Process means that asociate editor has already a decisión. Therefore, the final decisión from the editor in chief is waiting

My "alltime record" so far has been 9 hours to receive such a notice from a journal. The longer the wiaiting time is, the better the outcome usually is. I find that a mismatch with what some editors want for their journal issues and what we have submitted to them is often the main reason for a Desk Rejection. Some editors are kind enough to state some suggestions on where to submit the manuscript next time around.
