I am looking for a multi-language computer-based tool that differentiate between visual and verbal working memory capacity. I already explored Patricia Alloway's Automatic Working Memory Assessment, but I should purchase it twice because I will work on two different languages.

There are many tests to assess visual and verbal working memory. Your question relates to a computerized test. NIH has developed a battery of tests and I'm quite confident they have produced a computerized version. I'm referencing the author of the most recent article that I know of which describes such a test in the public domain. Because this is from NIH, the computer software may be available from the author at little or no charge. This test is so widely used that there may be "other language" versions of it.

I think Robert has given you some really good leads.
It might be useful to compare what you intend to use to what we know from the development of test batteries like the WISC, which attempts to measure working memory multidimenionally I.e. Digit span, picture span, letter number sequencing, and more recently measures of auditory working memory. It's not necessary to buy or deploy the wisc but the research on working memory, that was used in it's development are worth reviewing.
Depending on your research design, and sampling methodology it's going to be important to account for mediating and moderating factors such as LDs and giftedness. There are screening scales in the public domain used in MH epidemiology research, and some of these are available from the World Health Organisation (WHO) in multiple languages.
