I can speak 1st hand for the use of probiotics in dialysis patients. Michael Simenhoff and I did a lot of work with hemodialysis and ESRD patients. We found the patients benefited from them. May I suggest you check Google Scholar for some of our published works. I am very familiar with Kibow product. Our work was with some of the Kibow product.Their product is excellent.
