Hi i want to optimise my Technology acceptance model framework by collecting data in form of customers reviews and then extract factors to add in my model. can anyone help me with what can be the best approach to extract factors from raw data?
1. At first you can cluster all the customer review based on few key words and synonyms. Terms frequency may be helpful for this case.
2. Find few association rules or regular expressions to evaluate and compare reviews
3. Visualise your you findings and if it seems fine then apply these rules to make model frame work

Then install Text add-on for Orange but it is doesn't work for Windows System 32.
1. Connect to your data.
2. You have to preprocess text excluding stop words.
3. You can see results in Word cloud or in Table.
4. You can cluster your data and visualize it as well.
