I have a nanoparticles extract solution (plant extract), and need to test if this extract possess any larvicidal properties, how to accurately determine its concentration to calculate the volume needed for further investigations?

But in above question he asked the concentration in plant extract. So here may be we can estimate the concentration of perticular elements which one used for nano particles.
The percentage of the entrapped drug was calculated as %EE=amount of drug used for the assay− amount of free drug detected in the aqueous phase after centrifugation×100/ amount of drug used for the assay. Also, loading capacity was calculated as %LC= amount of drug used for the assay −amount of free drug detected in the aqueous phase after centrifugation×100/nanoparticles weight
