It is a grey iron with 3.5% C, 1.4% Si , 0.8% Mo, 0.3% Cr and 0.1% Cu and also with late inoculation. The microstructure is containing pearlite, graphite ferrite, and some small carbide. But I have a problem in identifying dark nodular shape particles which are indicated with red circles. we did not use any nodulant agent.
Dear Sadeghi, the encircled regions are certainly nothing to do with spheroidization. I would even suspect that most of it could be due to some staining during etching procedure. Alternatively, some non-characteristic carbide/graphite particle clusters may have formed. An SEM would conclude better.
It is very typical to say that what is actually there ? This may be a perpendicular cross sectional phase of carbide, that's why it is looking as different.

Dear Rasoul Sadeghi, I agree with Ali Arslan Kaya, it could be produced in process of staining during etching procedure. I suggest use SEM with EDS.
I agree with Arslan and Sayeg, this can be produced due to the overage time of the sample on the chemical acid. Surrounding this nodules, burning areas can be shown due to the time of exposure to the acid.
My guess is that you see these stains already after polishing and that this is oxidation/corrosion stains. Alter your polishing/cleaning procedure to improve the result.

You sample may have high phosphorous content ,which leads to formation of Phosphide eutectic. The phosphorus is present as an inter dendritic segregation of Pseudo binary phosphide eutectic.
