De-PARylation inhibitor

Can anyone tell me about any De-PARylation Inhibitor? I think that when I am doing Western Blot for my samples to see PARylation on proteins I am loosing PARylation on time. Can anyone help me with de-PARylation inhibitors so that I can add it to my lysis buffer.

Hi Varun, you could try adding an inhibitor of PARG, to inhibit the degradation of PAR. I have found that Tannic Acid works really well. Hope this helps, need any further info just ask
