I am attempting to locate a database of "therapeutic" monoclonal antibodies that details the physio properties such as MW, Iso-electricpoint. Either that or the actual sequence would be absolutely perfect as I could calculate from the FASTA.
It is a bit messy as you go through PDB, DrugBank, etc. as it may not be the actual therapeutic product.
Example:Abciximab. The PDB is 6V4P. A complex of 245 kDa. The actual product is a Fab. So no match exactly.

They do not list the properties you want, but provide the sequences where available.
