i am interested to do immunohistochemistry (DAB staining) on mouse tissue, and looking if some one can suggest me any good kit. I do have primary antibodies from goat against the protein i am interested in.

Hi Muhammad,
You dont have to buy a kit to do DAB staining. I have done all my DAB staining in the lab wihout a kit. It is simple but a little bit tricky as to when to stop the reaction. For protocols and detailed descriptions see my PhD thesis in RG.
