Does anyone have experience in downscaling the Biosafety Level (from 2 to 1) when working with differentiated cells (cardiac myocytes in this case) made from iPSC that were generated using the "CytoTune ® -iPS 2.0 Sendai Reprogramming Kit"?

According to the Cytotune info, virus should be cleared after 5 to 15 passages. What are your experiences with this?

Also for GMO-permit-application purpose, we'd like to know what producer cell line is used to produce the Sendai virus in the kit.
