Hi everyone,
I have been using Percoll from Cytiva (https://www.cytivalifesciences.com/en/us/shop/cell-therapy/media/percoll-density-gradient-media-p-05823) to make density discontinuous gradients. I was successful with a gradient the first time I used the bottle. However, I did not see until now that once the Percoll is opened, it should be stored in the fridge (below 8 degrees C). I have not had successful runs since this first attempt (everything is pelleting) and was wondering if refrigeration alone is the only issue. Would the Percoll still be salvageable now, or would I need to purchase a new bottle to get good results?
Thanks for your help,
Beatrice
