Hello everyone,

I am using a 5L Cytek aurora to analyze and optimize my antibody labeling panel. However, I am having a hard time understanding and deciphering the intensity spectra that the software provides. Does anyone have a clear explanation of how to analyze the peaks and how to determine if my Ab is really good or not just from it?
