Hi, I'm trying to do a CV in a Ultra-thin layer electrode but every time I put the electrode in the KOH solution, the GO falls from the electrode.
I'm using 12 mg of GO, 900 uL H2O, 100 uL isopropanol and 20 uL Nafion. I pipette 15 uL in the Vitreous carbon electrode, I wait until dry, I hydrate with H2O then I put in the KOH solution. But I didn't even apply any potential.

Did you clean[1] (& voluntary pretreated[2,3]) your vitreous[2] carbon electrode ?

I believe the GO suspension you are using is very high. And depending on the concentration of nafion, your modification with GO will not adhere to the surface of the electrode.
In addition, I found no publication in the literature that did GO voltamograms in basic solution, if any, in KOH.
You can achieve a voltammogram as follows: A volume of 5 ou 10 μL of 1 mg/mL GO solution was dropped on the electrode surface and dried at room temperature. The electrochemical reduction of GO was performed in an electrolyte of 0.5M Na2SO4 solution by the cyclic voltammetry technique from -0.2 to -1.6 V with a scan rate of 50 mV/s (40 segments).
In this way, you will observe a voltammogram similar to Figure 1 (A) of the attached article.
