The decimal mark was lost when you transferred data to Excel. Try to check settings of your computer: probably you have initial data with decimal points and the OS uses decimal commas.

it's very common and easy. The cause of this problem related with your decimal points. i assume A(x) is for your diffraction angles but you can see 2005 is not 20.05. You should try to fix that notepad to origin copy-paste issue. You can use excel paste special options for that. Good luck.
