I am specifically looking for companies which can take on the liability of achieving set expression levels. Such a company would need to have certain bioinformatics prowess which can optimize a complicated DNA sequence before commencing synthesis.
A lot of companies claim to have the aforementioned attributes, and thus I am looking for companies tried and tested by researchers. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

many gene synthesis companies could probably meet your needs (you are a bit vague as to exactly what you want) as they can generate what ever sequences you want. They will also have knowledge regarding vector backbones that you could use. I have used GeneArt (now part of Thermofisher) in the past with good results and they have an experienced team.

Ah, now I understand what you want is a gene-to-protein expression service. I don't personally have any experience with such companies so can't give any recommendations. What you are wanting is complex and whilst optimisation at the DNA level is a good start, there's more to obtaining good expression than that.
